These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and Opaltogel ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the Opaltogel website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all associated features accessible atopaltogel.cam.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Opaltogel platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing wagers. Opaltogel does not provide legal advice — Malaysian users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local laws regarding online gambling activity.

In these Terms, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account on the Opaltogel platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

Account registration requires you to provide a valid email address, mobile number, date of birth, and to create a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Opaltogel will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

Prior to processing your first significant withdrawal, and at any point where Opaltogel determines it necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes, you will be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This typically involves submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — Malaysian IC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's License;
• Proof of current address — utility bill (TNB, Indah Water, Syabas), bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months;
• In certain cases, a selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document.

KYC documents are reviewed by our compliance team and verification typically completes within 24 to 48 hours. Players are advised to ensure submitted documents are clear, fully visible, and unaltered. Opaltogel reserves the right to request additional documents and to decline verification where submitted materials are insufficient.

Opaltogel accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost Wallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfer through all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT are also accepted.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Processing times may vary during bank maintenance windows or in cases where additional verification is required.

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and are subject to change.
• All funds deposited must be sourced from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Opaltogel does not accept deposits made with credit cards issued under third-party names or payment methods that cannot be verified against your KYC identity documentation.
• Deposits made in error are not automatically refunded. Contact our support team promptly via live chat if you believe a deposit has been made incorrectly.

Opaltogel does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — Opaltogel has no control over such fees.

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name and that match your verified KYC identity. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Opaltogel offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, which are in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Wagering Requirement: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet per round or stake typically applies — usually in the range of MYR 250 to MYR 500. Exceding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games may contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are published in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire at the end of the promotional period. Active bonuses with unmet wagering requirements may expire after 7, 14, or 30 days as specified in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Cash-Out from Bonus: Certain promotions impose a maximum cash-out limit on winings derived from bonus funds. Where applicable, this limit will be disclosed in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, household, device, or IP address.

All bets and wagers placed on the Opaltogel platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific game or betting rules applicable to each product. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the relevant rules before placing any wager.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the Opaltogel system. A bet is not accepted until a confirmation reference is generated.
• Opaltogel reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed using manifestly incorrect odds or pricing resulting from a technical error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, the decision of Opaltogel's disputes team shall be final, subject to the Company's complaints procedure.
• Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition. For EPL and Liga Super Malaysia events, the final match result including any added time is used for settlement unless otherwise specified.
• Live betting lines may be suspended at any time during in-play event. Bets accepted prior to a suspension remain valid subject to confirmation.
• All RNG-based casino games are operated using certified random number generator technology. Game outcomes are determined at the point of play and cannot be retrospectively altered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Opaltogel platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or KYC documents;
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or where gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction;
• Coluding with other players in any game or betting activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, games, or sportsbook;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or manifest pricing mistakes for financial gain;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to guarantee a profit irespective of outcome using bonus funds;
• Money laundering — using the platform to process, conceal, or transfer illicitly obtained funds;
• Attempting to reverse or charge back deposited funds through your payment provider after those funds have been wagered;
• Sharing, selling, or transfering Account access credentials to any third party.

All content on the Opaltogel platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, imagery, database structures, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Opaltogel or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse-engineer, redistribute, publish, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without the express written consent of Opaltogel.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Opaltogel's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Opaltogel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the platform.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Opaltogel makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and integrity, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

Opaltogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any prohibited activity as set out in Section 9;
• Identification that the Account holder is under21 years of age;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy notice requirements.

Players may also close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, less any applicable charges. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Opaltogel is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gambling environment. We provide the following responsible gambling tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Wagering Limits: Cap the total amount you can wager within a defined period;
• Loss Limits: Restrict total losses within a defined period;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period of 24 hours to30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Block access to your Account for a minimum of 6 months or on a permanent basis.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Opaltogel's operating entity is incorporated and licensed. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism under the applicable licensing framework.

Malaysian users are reminded that online gambling is not expressly regulated or licensed by Malaysian authorities. Players access the Opaltogel platform at their own discretion and are solely responsible for determining the legality of doing so under Malaysian law. Opaltogel does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in Malaysia or any specific jurisdiction.

Opaltogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the Opaltogel platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
